3x3x3
OVERVIEW

This is a tutorial on how to solve the 3x3x3 Rubik's cube using Fridrich Method. This method is the most common and so far the fastest method that speedcubers use. It was invented back in 1980 by Miss Jessica Fridrich. It is an enhanced layer by layer method. Also known as the CFOP method, the Fridrich method is made up of 4 steps:

(1) CROSS
Constructs a base on the bottom of the cube.

(2) F2L
Fills the four empty slots of the first 2 layers. 41 basic cases.
(3) OLL
Orients all the yellow stickers on the last layer. 57 cases.
(4) PLL
Permutes all the stickers on the side of the last layer. 21 cases.
